Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so prior to shipping and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Please call (331) 222-7137. Once your order has shipped we will not be able to cancel your order.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final. Product replacement will be issued if there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect or labeling error, or if the incorrect product/s is received. If a product is received damaged or defective, or parts of your order are missing, please call us within 72 hours at (331) 222-7137 for instructions on how to return the item/s. Please note defects can occur but are very infrequent due to the rigorous testing that is required to manufacture medical products.
Return Authorization Form
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Form (RA). Please complete the form and include it with your return. Clearly mark your return number on the shipping box. Shipping return cost is the responsibility of the customer.
